Since I won’t be going on any trips for a few more months I decided to start a round-up of the best Instagram photos I see each week. It’s easy to get lost in the pictures that various photographers and bloggers post, and I can spend hours scanning profiles and following hashtags. You may notice that some of the photos are from weeks ago… all thanks to my hashtag rabbit hole. I have a tendency to start with one city and end up on an entirely different continent. It’s kind of wonderful.
Instagram has become a great source of inspiration as well as information, and I’d love to share my favorites with you. Given how much I love all the photos below I highly recommend following these users – you won’t be disappointed and will be in awe of the gorgeous sights. The sky… the colors… THE CASTLE.
I wish all train stations looked like this!
The Chicago River during the winter… can’t get enough.
All ancient cities are my favorite.
Photo by @stevemccurryofficial // In addition to high mountains, rugged coastline, and vast deserts, Morocco has nine sites on UNESCO's World Heritage List. The medinas (ancient cities) blend various elements of Spanish, Islamic, European, and Moorish architecture. #morocco #saharadesert #worldheritagecities
Pictured Rocks in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula is on my 2016 bucket list!
Washington State. Can’t go wrong.
Have to end with some sunshine on this cold, rainy Chicago day!
#MeetTheWorld #Galapagos #Ecuador Sailing is one of the best ways to explore the Galapagos. @Mochilerostv spent four days cruising the amazing islands of San Cristobal, Santa Fe, Plazas and Santa Cruz. Wow! ✌🏼️
Stay tuned for more inspiring Instagram photos in each weekly round-up. In the meantime feel free to share your favorite Instagram photos and users in the comments below.
